Overview
Individual support only goes so far if the school and system around a student aren't strong enough to sustain progress. Our Advocacy & Capacity Building programme works with public schools, parent committees and local government to assess facilities, run teacher professional development, and facilitate dialogue on the education challenges facing whole communities.
Rather than one-off donations, we focus on institutional partnerships — the kind of collaboration that leaves a school better equipped long after our team has moved on to the next community.

President's Office – Regional Administration and Local Government (PMO-RALG)
Every council is required to set aside 10% of its own-source revenue as loans for women, youth and people with disabilities. Communities and civil-society groups can formally engage their council on how that allocation is used.

Regional and district offices hold regular community forums where residents and organisations can raise local development priorities directly with government officials.
Tanzania Social Action Fund
TASAF's formal grievance and community-targeting process gives village and ward committees a documented say in identifying vulnerable households — a working model for community-led advocacy.
